How do I get started?

Just choose the plan that is right for you and complete the order process on our website. If you don’t know which plan is required for your needs, feel free to chat with one of our experts here.

Will there be someone handling my project?

Yes, you will have your dedicated account manager who stays in touch with you and makes sure that a qualified team member gets the job done. Every designer and developer have its specialty, and that’s why it’s smarter to delegate the task to the best-suited person.

What is the turnaround time for my design requests?

We work on your designs every working day and we endeavor to get your designs back over to you as soon as possible. On average we typically send the design back over to you within 24-48 hours. However, this can vary depending on: – The complexity of the design request(s) – The clarity of instructions in the brief / design request(s) – The number of pages / slides you require

How do I cancel my current subscription?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you so simply login to your account and cancel straight away. Alternatively, feel free to email us at support@mavenspixels.com and we can take care of that for you.

Who owns the rights to the designs?

You own absolutely everything we send over – we even include the source files if you need to make your own changes in future.

How many designs can I expect on a daily basis from a Mavens designer?

Defining how many designs or requests our Mavens designers can deliver on a daily basis is extremely hard to predict as:

• Design is a creative process
• Requests come in all shapes, sizes and complexities
• Revisions on previous requests also have to be factored in

However, a rough estimate of what can be achieved from a designer on a daily basis is:

• 1 illustration (more if they are not too complicated)
or
• 2 social media graphics
or
• 2 display ads
or
• 3-4 pages of a brochure, e-book, report, or slide deck
or
• 1 flyer
or
• 1 logo
or
• First draft of a landing page (if simplistic/redesign)

What if I needed more than 2 designs at once?

You are allowed to put in as many requests as you want, there truly is no limit. However, we can only handle up to 2 designs at a time and cannot proceed to new designs until the active requests are approved and completed.

Do I get my dedicated account manager?

Yes, you will have your account manager who stays in touch with you and makes sure that a qualified team member gets the job done. Every designer and developer have its specialty, and that’s why it’s smarter to delegate the task to the best-suited person.
